Who?

Ave has been a company director in financial services for over 10 years.  His ‘always exceed expectations’ approach has helped him and Calpe forge client relationships and friendships that will hopefully last a life time.

Michael has “honed” his financial advice skills within the high street banking sector for the last 16 years before joining Calpe in 2015. Michael has been a fantastic addition to the team and is now able to provide a broader range of solutions to his clients. He also works closely with Ave and Neil on a day to day basis.

Christine is really the person who keeps everything running smoothly, she wears various hats (all of which are important!). Christine’s background is within retail personal & business banking, people and office management. The day to running of the office and compliance are her chief roles, she is also the long suffering partner of Neil … not an easy job!

Emily provides day to day admin support for our mortgage and protection business, she joined Calpe in 2012 and has become a key member of the team. Lets just say that when Emily is on her holidays, the rest of the team realise how much paperwork she actually processes!

Neil has worked within various areas of financial services for the past 25+yrs. Neil’s belief is that his ‘plain speaking approach’ to clients financial requirements is what has led to the success and continued referrals for Calpe Financial Solutions Limited.

Des joined the Calpe team in 2018 after working over 40 years in High Street banking.  During his long and illustrious management career, he provided support to the day to day running of the business, both in client focussed activities and internal compliance.

He brings with him a wealth of financial knowledge and a ‘can do’ attitude.
